Job Description

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across the organization. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Document current and proposed business processes, including process maps, diagrams, and written procedures.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and gain buy-in for process improvements.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process improvements and identify further opportunities for optimization.

  • Manage change associated with process improvements, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process enhancements.

  • Ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools.

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Willing to Assign in P. Tuason Cubao, Quezon City.
