DESCRIPTION:Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of business planning and development manager who will be responsible for all business planning and development projects, including but not limited to operations internal controls review and process improvement initiatives, due diligence, and project management of retail projects of the company. - Perform operations internal controls review and due diligence
- Initiate process improvements
- Monitor and update any change in regards to company standards and rules where applicable
- Support various management meetings by coordinating the meeting schedule, creating required documents and presentations including analyzing the information and/or data, and issuing the meeting note and follow up open items
- Create and maintain database which will be utilized for analysis
- Support to establish business strategy by preparing Business Plan documents with cooperation of other related corporate department of organization
- Perform business planning support such as researching or documenting
- Support development, implementation and testing of business enhancements
- Coordinate and analyze the data and assumptions that drive forecast/plan results
- Create/Maintain presentations, spreadsheets, reports, or other metric-driven tools
- Communicate and support the forecast/planning process analytical results effectively in both verbal and written form to Planning leadership and other functional teams
- End to end responsibility for specific projects and programs
- Define project/ program KPI's and assists with business cases
- Business partnering and receivership role
- Role may be globally-focused, or oriented
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting
- CPA, CMA or other related certification, preferred
- Has at least 4 years experience in external audit, preferably with the Big 4
- Proficient with MS tools, especially excel
- Has strong analytical skill set, with experience analyzing business operations and identifying areas for financial performance
- Excellent communication, presentational and partnering skill
- A team player and able to work independently
- Openness to tackling projects of varying size and complexity with evolving requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours as schedule and deployments require
