Job Title: Business Ops Support Senior Analyst

• Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of exploratory data analysis in the model-building process.

• Identify and calculate standard summary statistics.

Identify measures of dispersion and different frequency distributions, articulating the advantages and disadvantages of applying data assumptions.

• Data, Tools, & Infrastructure:

Utilize available tools and infrastructure to pull data.

• Analysis and Data Science:

Learn the basics of analyzing and summarizing different data types (e.g., cross-sectional vs. time series, customer vs. financial data).

• Collaborate with senior team members to understand Equinix data sources and systems.

Assist in capturing meeting notes, documenting action items for follow-up, and tracking.

• Functional Knowledge:

Possess basic working knowledge of principles and methods within the data analysis job family.

• Business Expertise:

Understand key business drivers and leverage this understanding to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Leadership:

Provide informal guidance to new team members but have no supervisory responsibilities.

• Problem Solving:

Solve problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

• Impact:

Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team while adhering to guidelines and policies.

• Interpersonal Skills:

Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 3+ years of experience preferred.

Proficiency in Marketo and SFDC.

• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPivot, and Power Query.

Experience with Tableau and Salesforce.com reporting.
