Purpose of the Role
As a Business Operations Analyst (IAM), you will create, maintain, and manage Business Roles and IAM Domains based on business know-how collected from Business Owners and Line Managers.
Responsibilities of the Role
Create and maintain local Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix and ensure proper administration of the business role lifecycle considering SoD restrictions.
Interact with Service Owners / IAMaaS during periodic reviews/recertifications and while creating new business roles to support the correct matching of business roles to entitlements.
Activate and enable OE Business Owners and assign application roles/entitlements to business roles together with Business Owners.
Promote knowledge sharing among IAM stakeholders inside the OE and engage in knowledge exchange with other Oes.
Prepare and submit status and progress reporting (e.g., monthly updates on the IAM TOM implementation in the Rollout Tracking Tool).
Support collecting and providing required materials/documentation for audit purposes and implement the actions resulting from conducted audits on IAM.
Interact with stakeholders like Group Audit, and Group Risk members and drive communication e.g., in steering body meetings.
Requirements for the Role
3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in a financial services organization.
Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and technologies to effectively support business operations.
Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies to enhance IAM operations and align them with business objectives.
Knowledge in IAM tools and platforms such as Identity governance solutions, Access Management systems, and directory services.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills to monitor IAM performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to Identity and Access Management, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX, and the ability to ensure operational adherence to these standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder Management skills to collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to support IAM operations and address business needs.
Ability to assess and improve IAM-related processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Understanding of Risk Management principles and the ability to contribute to the identification and mitigation of IAM-related risks.
