Business News Writer - can travel to Cubao, QC office weekdays

Job Description

The Bilyonaryo News Channel is looking to hire part-time and full-time journalists to work onsite in Quezon City, to write about the changes and major events in the local and international business news environments.

This person will be responsible for gathering and analyzing facts, often through investigation, research, observation, or interviews. The ideal candidates will develop innovative ideas for writing news related to business and economics. They may also specialize in specific areas, like the stock market or international trade. Strong writing skills and a basic knowledge of the business world are necessary for this role.

• Minimum Qualifications

• Education:

College graduate preferably major in journalism, communication, economics or courses related to social sciences or liberal arts.

• Work Experience:

At least one year of experience as a business reporter/writer in print or multimedia platforms.

• Knowledge and Skills:

Nose for news, excellent communication, writing, and research skills.
