- Service Delivery Management: Ensure the efficient delivery of IT professional services to clients, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and service offerings.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the IT services division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.- Process Improvement: Continuously improve service delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and business growth metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in managing IT professional services or similar roles, with a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
