Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager at Cindys Bakery & Restaurant in Tarlac. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective business strategies. They will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, and maintaining high quality standards in both the bakery and restaurant departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, preferably in Food Industry or any service-related business
• Can drive 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicles with atleast valid non-professional driver's license.
• A team player and a self-starter.
