Position: Business Lead
Industry: Hospitality
Location: El Nido, Palawan, Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business unit's P&L
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve business goals
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Commerce, or Marketing
Requirements:
- Has current knowledge on marketing strategies and practices
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrate exceptional business communications skills with experience in negotiations and presentations
- Possesses innovative social media skills
- Able to think creatively and devise innovative solutions
Working Hours:
- Mon - Sat: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:
- Php 45,000 + Accommodation + Meals + Ticket
