Position Overview:The Business Intelligence Tableau/PBI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making within the company. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, creating interactive visualizations, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and trends.
Create interactive visualizations and user-friendly interfaces for data exploration.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating and cleaning data sources.
Optimize Tableau performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience.
Provide training and support to users on Tableau best practices and functionality.
Stay updated on Tableau features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server for dashboard development.
Strong data visualization skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
