Role Summary
Our client is looking for Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst, Data, and Analytics Systems who will be a key contributor in building and maintaining our data reporting and analytics systems, with a strong emphasis on report development using Microsoft tools. This role will support the day-to-day management of data processes while focusing on creating, optimizing, and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL, Power BI, other PowerApps, and preferably some familiarity with Python and Microsoft Fabric.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

Essential Functions
- Perform the following report writing and data visualization duties:
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other Microsoft tools
- Work with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into actionable data insights
- Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and easy to understand for end-users
- Perform the following data process support duties:
- Assist in managing and improving ETL processes to ensure data is accurate and available for reporting
- Support the integration of new data sources to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Build automated workflows using Microsoft PowerApps
- Perform the following data quality assurance duties:
- Handle data quality checks and validations to ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards
- Work with the team to establish data quality standards
- Perform the following collaboration and training duties:
- Work closely with team members to understand reporting needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Assist with documentation of reporting processes and provide training to users as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in data management, report writing, or a related role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SQL, Power BI, and other PowerApps; Python and Microsoft Fabric experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in data presentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
