Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Intelligence Officer at IT Group, Inc. The role involves analyzing data to provide insights, communicating findings effectively, delivering exceptional customer service, and utilizing business acumen and data driven insights to support decision-making. The position is based in Quezon City but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Acumen
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities
• Account management skills
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
• Certifications in Business Intelligence or related areas are a plus
• Preferably has knowledge in Oracle NetSuite or Zoho Analytics
