About The Role:

As a Business Intelligence Intern at OneLot, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the business. You will manage databases, organize data, and assist with reports and dashboards. These efforts will ensure accurate, actionable insights are readily available to guide business strategy and operations.

What you will do:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Organize and manage databases, including dealer data and loan data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
• Utilize our data to perform self guided research into trends and patterns in the used car industry, that would be useful to share with the rest of the team.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to empower them with performance insights so that they may properly steer their teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other coding languages (e.g., Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g Metabase, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise manner.
