BUSINESS INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS
Drives and reviews all broadband-related dashboards including CFS dashboards to ensure that it is relevant and meaningful to management and stakeholders.
Reviews deep dives and drill down analysis to determine key action plans to address business issues and challenges
Facilitates business decision-making processes. Captures and disseminates technical and business information.
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Rigor in determining and assessing key business factors, and successfully drive value through long-term and short-term planning and implementation with the use of analytical techniques and innovative methodologies
DATA GOVERNANCE
Resolves a variety of issues and discrepancies regarding data quality (i.e., incomplete or inconsistent data).
Ensures compliance with internal and external data governance regulations and policies by implementing processes, roles, standards and metrics.
Support the information management strategy with focus on data, by anticipating, analyzing business requirements, making recommendations & providing analytical support in data strategy creation.
DATA STRATEGY
Support the information / data management strategy by developing data management structures & recommending policies, processes & tools for effective data storage, handling & utilization.
Knowledge of:
a. Data management structures
b. Information handling approaches
c. Data management standards & tools
d. Typical protocols in information asset management
e. Internal & external information management guidelines & rules
Ability to:
a. Define data management structures to align & streamline processes of data ownership, retrieval, combination & usage
b. Plan processes for effective data storage, sharing & utilization within the organization
c. Update policy, standards & procedures on data management for compliance with relevant legislation
d. Introduce relevant standards & tools that can be applied to the management & treatment of critical data
e. Identify gaps, inefficiencies & potential risks in existing data management processes
f. Propose enhancements or modifications to data handling procedures
g. Establish internal processes to monitor compliance of information or data handling & access requests with approved procedures
h. Provide ongoing advice to ensure proper adoption of & adherence to data policies & information architectures
DATA MODELLING
Identify & drive big data analytics opportunities within the organization.
Provide a framework for executing data analytics projects in a repeatable way that will consistently lead to valuable & actionable insights for the business.
TALENT BUILDING
Develops personal training plan to further brand skills based on baseline performance
Undertakes performance management activities to ensure delivery of goals and behavior is aligned with Globe's LCs and LAs
