BHR Assistant provides consulting and HR support to the business on talent management, organization development, org. design, change management, Cultural transformation among other business or HR initiatives. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of HR to support the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
With minimal supervision of HR Management and in partnership with Practice Centers may lead and support various aspects of the HR strategy and talent agenda for the site.
BHR Assistant will operate in and be responsible in partnership with Practice Centers for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.
Assist leaders in defining the new organizational structure and identify talent mapping.
Support leaders in the strategy for business restructurings, employee layoffs/communications, terminations, other.
Identify Organizational capabilities needed for business success. Identify training and development priorities for the divisions and key talent.
Manage with managers and supervisor's attendance problems and instruct them to work with ER when counseling is required.
Generate and explain metrics during the MBR meeting with local and Division leaders.
