Qualifications:- Experience in performing financial models with at least knowledge of discounted cash flow, comparable company/transaction multiples, net present value, internal rate of return, or mergers acquisitions.
Coming from an investment or holding company or accounting background is ideal but not required.- Knowledgeable in risk analysis and business analysis.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

Analyze and value potential targets, preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop detailed business plans and financial models to assess new opportunities.
Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.- Support in negotiating and executing deals for business growth.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.- Attention to detail with a quick learning style in dynamic environments.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
