    What we're looking for:

    In our next phase of growth we are looking for a Business Excellence Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the business understands the drivers of performance in commercial and strategic decision-making. As the company scales, you will also lead initiatives to analyze systems and internal processes that would limit the growth projection.

    This individual will determine gaps and opportunities in scaling - specific to capacity planning, training, and business excellence. You will play a critical role in identifying processes and systems that would cause barriers to scale.

    What you'll accomplish:

    You will identify data-driven insights to improve core business performance, particularly around process optimization and handling time.
    You will own strategic cross-functional initiatives to deliver outcomes against insights, leading to operational improvements
    You will extract from database to deliver automated analytics to help measure the efficiency and health of the business and identify data-driven insights
    You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization
    You will build capabilities within the team to deliver insights to enable better decision-making
    You will drive initiatives to digitize and systematize company processes to alleviate teams from manual work and improve company scalability
    You will deliver business reports that offer fact-based summaries of performance and facilitate decision-making
    You will serve as a thought leader and data expert to peers and cross-functional partners
    You will be a thought leader in analytical thinking and drive forward operational process improvements

    About you:


    Amenable with working on site, having early shift (3am to 12nn), Tuesdays to Saturdays.
    You have directly applicable experience in an analytical role in management consulting, strategy, high-growth start-up, or related business.
    You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving, business acumen and strong logical thinking.
    You have experience analyzing datasets, such as transactional data for actionable business insights.
    You have strong experience with SQL and Python.
    You will serve as a thought leader and data expert to peers and cross-functional partners
    You have proven experience managing an experimentation program including hypothesis development, experiment design, and statistical analysis such as A/B testing.
    You have experience with managing, developing and mentoring teams.
    You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
