Accesshealthcare is seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Business Excellence Manager with Green Belt certification to oversee and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives in our processes, systems, and tools, to ensure customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and process efficiency. The role requires a solid understanding of Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder management.
Lead and manage process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive process optimization, reduce process variability and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and create solutions to address them.
Analyze process data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.- Develop and implement process improvement plans and monitor progress against goals and targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coach, mentor and train team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools and techniques.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on project progress, results, and key performance indicators.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.Green Belt certification in Six Sigma.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, SAS, and SPSS.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior management.- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve results.
Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
