Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Drive the sales of Whole Milk Powder (WMP) and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) in the Philippines market.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve the company's performance objectives.
Marketing Leadership:
- Formulate and execute marketing plans that align with sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product awareness and sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Continuously build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the milk powder or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in sales management and marketing leadership roles.
- Previous experience in building and leading teams, especially in startup environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippines market with an existing network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
