Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Drive the sales of Whole Milk Powder (WMP) and Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) in the Philippines market
    • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve the company's performance objectives
  • Marketing Leadership:
    • Formulate and execute marketing plans that align with sales targets
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product awareness and sales growth
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Continuously build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key partners
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the milk powder or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in sales management and marketing leadership roles
  • Previous experience in building and leading teams, especially in startup environments
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippines market with an existing network of industry contacts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
