Executes and prepares sales contracts.- Oversees and monitoring of Project sites status and concerns.
Responsible for checking daily production report total deliveries or pick-ups by customers made during the day.
- Oversees and prepares statement of account for processing.
Assist in account collection.- Prepares and oversees the preparation of expenses or commission vouchers.
Ensures that the Daily Sales and Collection Report is accurately prepared.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related course.
At least 5 years of sales and operational experience at a batching plant for concrete.- With excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Must Computer Literate.
- Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Possessing abilities in strategy planning, data analysis, decision-making, and leadership- Willing to do field works
Willing to assign in Manggahan, Pasig City
