Head of Business Development- Scope and Responsibilities:
- Firm up segmentation, target and positioning of the identified industries and market.
- Approach identified clients to gather insights on challenges and opportunities for partnership.
- Introduce transcosmos products and service solutions to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepares, presents and negotiates client proposals and marketing materials
- Identifies and builds network of prospective and potential client portfolio
- Identifies and communicates unresolvable issues and gaps on products, services and clients to the management team
- Interfaces with Project Management, Account Management of Service Division to respond to opportunities and requirements shared by Regional and Global Sales teams,
- Oversees administrative functions, such as but not limited to, client database, documentations (i. e. new contracts) and support related matters (i. e. HR, Finance)
- Role Profile:
Graduate of any 4 year business course / degree- Work experience in the same or related role for at least 7-10 years
Preferred exposure in the multinational IT/BPM industries
- Experience in centre sales and have existing network of relationships with local and multinational clients in the Philippine IT/BPM industries
Minimum of 3 years management experience in the area of sales and marketing for IT/BPM industries- Adept with industry trends and emerging technologies
Ability to work independently given a set of criteria and expectation
- Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work and presentation
Proactive and self-directed- Result driven and client focused with high sense of urgency
Ability to understand client business drivers and objectives
- Excellent client relationship management
Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills- Sensitive to cultural and organizational diversity
Strong leadership qualities such as but not limited to analytical and problem solving, sense of urgency and priority, project management, systematic and organized, meticulous to details, adaptability to pace and change, client focus and interpersonal manifested in syndication and collaboration
