Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall in charge of accepting and inspecting raw land offers in the Mega Manila and South Luzon areas
  • Prepare due diligence on the properties, including coordination with the sellers.
  • Coordinate with LGU and other related agencies for data gathering.
  • Establish and prepare a database for rawland offers in the area.
  • Prepare monthly reports on rawland pipelines and targets.

Requirements

  • College Graduate, Engineering course is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
