Qualifications: _
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on contract manufacturing services.- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with specific knowledge of toll manufacturing processes and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages, particularly Filipino, is a plus.
_Duties and responsibilities:

- Support a company's sales marketing and product development efforts. Identify potential customers, target markets, and new ventures for the company to pursue.
- Perform market research to improve products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with and assist the General Manager in the Sales and Marketing planning and strategy.
- Screen, analyze, and recommend potential areas to be developed in the assigned area/s.
- Maintain the business standards and provide commendable customer service to all clients.
- Actively assist the Project Administrator with the sourcing, coordination, and communication needs of the projects.
- Support the Project Administrator in the creation and distribution of project-related documentation as required.
- Act as the liaison person for the Project Administrator as necessary.
