The job entails conducting market research, financial feasibility studies and other related or similar works with the aim of identifying, conceptualizing and implementing new Motorway Commercial Facility (MCF) projects that will increase the company's revenues.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and analyze investment opportunities, conceptualize and implement prospective Drive & Dine properties and developments, either thru development, acquisition, or partnership
Prepare financial model for proposed projects, coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure that all assumptions considered are accurate and verified, maintain the integrity of the financial model, and if necessary, update and revise the same as the project goes along
Plan and strategize approaches, proposals and pitches to secure internal and external approvals for new businesses Orchestrate and manage the preparation of all documents in relation to the projects (ie. financing agreement, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, among others)
Safeguard that financial metrics committed in the financial model (IRR, NPV, EBITDA, Net Income, Debt:Equity Ratio, etc.) are met and maintained as the project goes along
- Market Research and Analysis
Maintain database on socio-economic data, national and local economic outlook, financials, valuations and stock price monitoring on partners, competitors, and other listed companies to provide the Drive & Dine division head and managers with insights on current market conditions and industry landscape
Perform data analytics to quantify the demand and understand customer profile, identify and plot existing supply and competition, compute unserved market gaps, identify issues and pain points encountered
Provide recommendations on what concepts, solutions, services, unique selling propositions and differentiators to pursue, and the corresponding pricing strategies
Prospect for potential new customers and clients and turn this into increased businesses and opportunities
Set-up meetings with industry and government decision-makers and practice leaders/principals
Research and build relationships with new clients and customers, especially decision-makers within their organization
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
