KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to support account growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Trucend's service offerings to effectively address client inquiries and propose relevant solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients, aligning Trucend's services to meet their business goals.
- Prepare and execute client proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to represent Trucend professionally and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account management activities in the CRM for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Manage and coordinate New Business Ventures initiatives, meetings, proposals, business opportunity and partnerships.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts and qualify them for potential business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
