Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong emphasis on outbound calling for lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • A. Lead Generation

Conduct extensive research, networking, and cold calling to identify potential clients.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outbound calls.

Utilize various lead generation strategies to expand the client base.
  • B. Sales and Outreach

Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.

Present and pitch the company's products/services to potential clients effectively.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • C. Appointment Setting

Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Ensure a seamless handover of information to the sales team.
  • D. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

Address client concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
  • E. Reporting and Analysis

Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and appointment outcomes.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
