Qualifications & experience- Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any related courses.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Leasing, in the retail industry, or similar duties- Willing to be assigned in Luzon.
Ensures increase of customer accounts or occupancy growth; responds to all leads generated timely and maintains records of calls/ visits.- Implements marketing strategies and provides updates and feedback to the direct superior and Leasing Sales Manager from time to time.
Initiates market observations, prospecting on new stores, and negotiation of possible tenants.
- Facilitates exhibits, ingress/egress of tenants, and ensures completeness of the needed requirements.
Establishes and maintains good relationships with tenants; facilitates and attends to their maintenance service requests and renovation progress and any other leasing-related concerns.- Coordinates with the Contract Management Team (Leasing Admin) on the database records, leasing templates, and padlock/disconnection statuses.
Coordinates with the Credit & Collection Department on tenants billing concerns, BIR requirements, and payment statuses.
- Assists store branch with the move-ins and move-outs of tenants.
Attends team building, trainings, orientations, and seminars related to company policies, leasing processes, skills development, and communication techniques.- Attends meetings and prepares minutes of the meeting as needed.
