Job Description:_
Responsible for managing the overall sales process, from new business acquisition to account management, and developing tailored programs for accounts. This role focuses on nurturing relationships with a diverse range of accounts, including local and international insurances, corporate clients, government agencies, HMOs, and other third-party payors.

Responsibilities:_
- Overall Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management; Develop and execute strategies to expand the Makati Life Medical Center's client base and maximize revenue opportunities.
Account Development:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion; Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop customized programs and solutions to meet their requirements.Program Development:
Create and implement tailored programs and initiatives to enhance the value proposition for accounts and drive customer satisfaction and retention; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliverables that align with client goals and objectives.Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including local and international insurances, corporate clients, government agencies, HMOs, and other third-party payors; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management roles.- Experience in the healthcare industry or other relevant sectors.
Experience with insurance, corporate, government, and HMO sectors, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a marketing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
