Position 1. Business Development Lead / Manager - Key Merchants
Requirements:
- Have atleast 5 years experience in Merchant acquisition, Sales or related field
- With existing connections with Merchants with Websites or Payment Gateways
- Proven record as a Sales Hunter preferably in online / E-Com channel
- Knowledgeable in CMS and direct API integration process
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and data-driven individual
- Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledgeable with Payment Gateways is a plus
Responsibilities:
- To acquire and onboard key partners
- Maintain positive professional relationships with partners
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Track all business-related developments and inquiries
- Help grow the online business of the company
- Onboard Payment Gateways and E-Commerce partners
- Responsible to handle end-to-end process which includes Lead Generation, Client Presentation, Negotiations and Strategic marketing program implementation.
- Build rapport to KEY stakeholders of merchants.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with existing merchants
- Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or services
Position 2. Business Development Specialist/Lead - SMMEs
Requirements:
- Have atleast 2 years experience in Merchant acquisition, Sales or related field
- Proven record as a Sales Hunter preferably with SMME Experience
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and data-driven individual
- Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Hunt, Onboard and Acquire new Merchants for online solution
- Responsible to handle end-to-end process which includes Lead Generation, Client Presentation, Negotiations and Strategic marketing program implementation.
