Job Description- Be part of the Business Development (BD) & commercial efforts for Evro and ensure achievement of sales targets and objectives
Work w/ BD team in securing commercial partners that would utilize the Evro suite of services for their EV charging station businesses.- Be responsible in monitoring the progression of the sales funnel & work w/ the team in converting leads into partners able to utilize our service.
Be the champion of our services when engaging external parties
- Work w/ the management team to estimate volume targets for acquisition & sales. In addition he/she must handle monitoring achievement rate & work w/ the team to create mitigation programs
Estimate volume and profit for partnerships, create forecasts and projections for acquisition and sales- Work w/ the management team in drafting drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents as required
Work closely with staff across departments to implement business strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Manage multiple sales and retention initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines- Identify new business opportunities and partners
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, partnership and sales capacity- Bachelor's degree from a well-respected university
Previous experience working in an Energy distribution, Utilities, Solar Energy distribution, or Automotive industry is advantageous.- Highly proficient in MS office, G-suite & with focus on MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop, manage and communicate information in a clear, organized, and highly persuasive manner
Ability to engage in meetings with various heads and C-suite representatives, presenting as a thought leader and visionary in the medical innovation space- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environment
Must have a mastery of using Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets) in crafting stunning presentations and easy-to-comprehend reports pertinent to the project
