_Product Development and Planning_
- Study the best and the highest uses of the land.
Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to support the suggested use.
- Set planning guidelines for the conceptual design.
Obtain required approvals to carry out the project
_Financial Management _- Gain a thorough understanding of a commercial center's business model.
Run the required financials using the authorized income and expense.
- Recognizing important financial metrics (payback, NPV, and IRR).
Project management
_Serves as the company owner's representative _- Application of project specifications by several parties.
Daily oversight of the timetable and milestone objectives.
- Updates different stakeholders on the project's status.
Project completion and handoff to the operational team.
_Leasing/Tenant Mix Planning _- Capable of creating the suggested tenant mix of assigned projects
Arrange a meeting for potential tenants.
- Lease out spaces by negotiating with potential renters.
Created related information and analyze leasing for projects managed.
