Responsibilities: - Recruit high-quality streamers talents with audience engagement potential. Cultivate relationships with their agencies, MCNs, and expand the talent pool.
Develop strategies for evaluating streamers talent based on content quality and engagement metrics- Conduct data analysis to assess streamer performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize content promotion and audience outreach.
- Provide guidance to streamers to enhance their content creation skills and audience engagement
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Experience in talent recruitment, preferably within the digital content or entertainment industry, with a focus on agencies or social live streaming platforms (e.g TikTok, Bigo, Uplive, Niki, Kumu, Mico)- Strong network within streamers, agencies, MCNs, and related communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
