About AMD Growth Systems:

We're a rapidly expanding startup focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and startups increase their B2B client base and revenue. We're looking for a dedicated and efficient Sales / Business Development Representative to enhance our team and assist with our daily operations.

Ideal Candidate:

You should be proactive, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

Business Development Assistant Responsibilities:

Working closely with our Head of Client Development and your direct line manager to complete all allocated tasks including but not limited to:

  • Conducting market research using prospecting tools like Apollo and LinkedIn
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Managing cold email campaigns
  • Cold calling
  • Utilising LinkedIn for personalised outreach
  • Sending email follow-ups
  • Generating sales leads
  • Nurturing and qualifying prospects
  • Pipeline management
  • General sales administration and data entry
  • Conducting desktop research to identify leads and overall market research for the AMD team
  • Attending and participating in weekly meetings
  • Updating documents and sales records
  • Assisting your Managers with daily tasks and monthly objectives
  • Ability to keep organised and process driven in order to meet objectives and report them to management

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in 100% fluent English
  • Previous experience in a sales and marketing role
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to achieve deadlines while working remotely
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance
