As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by focusing on the B2B market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with proven B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients and markets
  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels mainly by phone
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in the B2B sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
