Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and driving new business opportunities within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and sales, particularly in the BPO sector, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities. Leverage insights to guide strategic outreach and lead generation efforts.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Utilize various channels, including telemarketing, networking, and digital outreach, to generate high-quality leads.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on mid to senior-level executives and decision-makers. Present and demonstrate the value of our BPO services and solutions, tailor proposals to client needs, and secure new business contracts.
- Business Development: Expand existing accounts and explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services. Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine sales strategies that align with company objectives and client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and business decision-makers. Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and surpass goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Utilize CRM software and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance data. Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress, lead generation activities, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in BPO lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or client acquisition. Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO services and solutions. Prior experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to engage with mid to senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
