As a BD Associate, you'll work closely with our leadership team and product development teams to engage potential partners, manage relationships, and explore new revenue streams. Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partners, platforms, and collaborators within the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain spaces
- Initiate contact with prospective partners and build relationships to foster collaboration
- Assist in drafting proposals, partnership agreements, and presentations to secure strategic partnerships
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Engage with Web3 communities, forums, and influencers to promote the brand and drive awareness
- Provide feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and improve user experience
- Stay informed about the latest trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology to inform business strategy
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (experience in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or a tech start-up is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the Web3 ecosystem
- Proven ability to build relationships and close partnership deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities, risks, and market trend
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
