We are looking for a motivated, positive, and keen
Business Development Representative to work with one of our Australian clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the tech industry through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of potential clients, positioning our agency's services as solutions to their marketing needs.
- Initiate and manage communication with prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, messaging, and outreach tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our agency's services and differentiate us in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or tech industry environment.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with the ability to manage time and prioritize.
