Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) - with team lead possibility
Working hours: 9am - 5pm EST

Salary: $600 - $800 USD / month (via independent contractor agreement) + commission

About The Role
As a BDR, your primary focus will be on prospecting and generating leads via LinkedIn. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating written conversations, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities for our sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn as a prospecting tool.
This role has the potential to evolve into a team-lead position.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative
- Experience with high AOV (5 - 10k)
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM (Pipedrive or HubSpot), Sales Navigator and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently with a pioneering spirit, adept at navigating the remote work environment.
