Looking For Filipinos Who Are Philippines-based Candidates

Position : Business Development Representative

Working Hours : 9am - 5pm PST

Salary Range : USD 1,000 - USD 2,000/month

Job Summary

As our Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, rekindling old partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials. Your goal will be to increase our product distribution and overall sales, contributing directly to our company's growth and success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target potential accounts that do not currently carry our cocktail mixers, generating leads for our distributor network.
  • Client Re-engagement: Reach out to and re-engage accounts that have stopped carrying our products, understand their concerns, and negotiate possible re-listing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts by providing updates on new products, sales, and promotional activities.
  • Market Research: Research and identify new market opportunities, including potential clients in different segments or geographic areas.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop sales strategies and materials tailored to our market and product line.
  • Performance Tracking: Track sales data and strive to meet or exceed specified sales targets, adjusting strategies as necessary for market success.
  • Feedback for Improvement: Provide insightful feedback from the market to assist in future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain a positive business image.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain efficient account management processes and records using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
  • Reporting: Regularly generate and submit sales reports and analyses to management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and recommendations for improving sales performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Business/Sales Development experience, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience in Market Research is a must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time
