Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry and competitive landscape.
Financial Analysis and Valuation:
Perform in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential targets, creating projected income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Business Planning and Modeling:
Develop business plans and intricate financial models to assess the feasibility, profitability, and risks associated with new business opportunities.
Communication and Presentation:
Prepare compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and key benefits of new business opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
Deal Execution:
Provide support in negotiating and executing deals, contracts, and agreements with potential partners, investors, and customers.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of existing and new business initiatives, offering strategic recommendations for improvement.
