JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Works closely with Business Development Head to identify and assess high-potential sales and business opportunities.
Conducts thorough research, which may include market research including but not limited to field survey on new business opportunities and existing business requirements, identification of market segments and thorough analysis of consumer markets
- Prepares comparative studies to support recommendation such as benchmarking studies and demand forecasting
Develops recommendation based on established up-to-date facts from reliable sources and results of research conducted- Provides insight into project development and competitive positioning
Develops business plans for both existing and new projects and other services
- Implements, monitors and evaluates the business plan
Develops pricing strategies and programs- Facilitates effective and efficient monitoring of projects from conceptualization to completion
Reports on progress of business plans and makes necessary recommendations based on the results.
- Complements the Company's business development and marketing strategies, practices and procedures with one's own knowledge, skills and expertise that are not contrary thereto nor to existing laws
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Research/Business Development/Project Development in Real Estate and Property Development and Property leasing industries preferred
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Math/Statistics or any related course
- Organized, meticulous and confident
Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence to make informed choices about business development;- Able to efficiently handle multiple projects, assignments and duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and email
Strong analytical and leadership skills- Demonstrates business development and financial skills
