Responsible for continuously searching possible new suppliers/producer partners and for more new products using indigenous raw materials according to the approved market direction.- Responsible for recommending, coordinating and ensuring the development of relevant programs and schedules for the development of the producers- Fair Trade Advocacy, Technical aspects, Business Skills Enhancements, etc. in coordination with the Marketing Team.
Monitors, evaluates, develops and upgrades the producers knowledge and practice of Fair Trade. Coordinate with ISDP Head to orient GBP's in the practice of fair trade who are possible producers for SAFFY.
- Conducts IMS (Internal Monitoring System) per producer of SAFFY, Inc. (Monitoring and evaluation of accomplishment).
With a background in marketing. Resourceful with excellent communication skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
