Job Description

Achieve monthly and YTD peso sales targets of the assigned territory.
  • Develop new and maintain existing territory business accounts.
Identifies and assesses new opportunities and develops an understanding of customer and market needs and potential.
  • Guide potential corporate partners to discover their requirements and then offer the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled through internal and external sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, fieldwork, up-selling, among others.)
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors/professionals to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Meet the required number of quality calls on the set and agreed frequency per customer class
Prepares target account lists for the field cover, itinerary report and submit feedback result. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Grow existing accounts.
Proactively keep the organization updated and informed; both account business planning and progress of potential corporate partnerships
  • Prepare, perform, and deliver sales initiatives including corporate presentations, product orientation, sales calls, up-selling of products, and prepares sales reports.
Sales Marketing
  • Implements and tracks sales strategies, plan, and marketing communications through various channels/media.
Assists in the creation of marketing promotions for sales force and other end-consumers.
  • Assist to monitor promotions launched.
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, symposium circuits, exhibits and convention.
  • Must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge, development of innovative and creative sales techniques
Responsible for providing inputs to the management team in positioning the brand to the market-product and brand management.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage

Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales is a PLUS
Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
BS degree in relevant field
  • Full time -on-site / field works

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
  • Overtime pay


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
