- A Business Development Officer markets the company's HMO/TPA programs to Corporate Accounts using direct marketing, referrals from clients, and assigned accounts from the Marketing Department.

• Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business-related course

• Preferably with experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service

• Job Competencies:

Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Is computer literate

• Personal Character:

Is neat and professionally presentable
