Job Summary: The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the land sector. This role requires strong networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify potential land development opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and develop land for various projects.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.- Negotiate land purchase agreements, joint venture partnerships, and other contractual arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to assess feasibility and execute land development projects.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and financial projections to senior management and investors.- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and identify new business leads.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, real estate development, or a related field, with a focus on land sector.
Strong knowledge of land acquisition, zoning regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
