DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee the Business Dev't. Specialist and Admin.
Reports directly to the Business Dev't. Manager.- Ensure that the following tasks are done efficiently together with the Business Dev't Supervisor, Specialist and Admin.
Site inspection (with correct lay-out and measurement).
- Site sourcing and acquisition (new locations).
Weekly Site presentation to the FM/JCP.- for site inspection - (Location Study Form, Area Measurements and pictures of proposed location)
- -Responsible for discussing the site inspection results to franchise applicant / JCP.
for site sourcing and acquisition taking into consideration the target market (direct and indirect competitors).- Check and make sure that the Database and Trello System Maintenance is done.
Update the list of available locations for offering of JCP to new and existing franchisees. Update Trello to ensure proper documentation of reports and data is accomplished. Coordination with various departments / divisions:
- Leasing / Building Administration:
Schedule of Site Inspection to conduct space measurement and lay-out ensuring that all fixture and equipment shall fit.
- Store Construction guidelines.
Lease negotiation (space location and rental rate). Pre-opening and opening requirements.
- Rent free period vs Opening date.
Handles Project Form and Cash Bond Refund for CFO's approval.- Leads the execution of designs and layout on behalf of the Franchise and FRD.
Handles coordination with various divisions/ departments.
- Business Development Division (BDD):
Kiosk, Cart, Customized Counter, Food Truck (new and existing).
- La-out perspectives - (Elevation and Electrical Plans).
Signage, furniture & fixture, equipment. Banners, Tarpaulin, Flyers, Collaterals, other Marketing material.
- Construction guidelines set by the Lessor.
- Material Management Department MMD:
Construction of kiosks and customized counters.
- Construction timetable - monitoring of delivery based on agreed date.
Accomplish Material Requisition Form related to outlet opening.
