- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Retention and Account Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-self services to current clients- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns to maintain long term partnerships
- Market Research and Intelligence:
Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.- Provide insights to leadership on potential areas for growth within exisiting markets.
Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to current clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparation and submission of proposals and bids for existing clients or on continuing projects- Ensure that proposals align with client expectations and project requirements
Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's presence within exisitng markets orsectors- Contribute to the firm's long term business development strategy by providing insights based on client feedback and market conditions.
