Business Development Officer (BDO) is mainly responsible for providing assistance to the Business Development in increasing the sales revenue focusing on the external market. Also responsible in prospecting clients, technical presentation, assistance in collection and customer relationship management.- Identify and maintain new contacts and networks relevant to business development and project identification. Actively prospects and develops long-term customer relationships.
Prepares presentation and present at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences. This includes responding to business client request for proposal.
- Constantly communicates with the client to follow-up the status of the approval of the job order.
Coordinates with Design and Engineering team for the design consideration of the proposed projects.- Acquire revenues from outside clients for the Sale and Rental of JPSAI Formworks and Scaffolding.
Provides assistance to the Billing and Collection in collecting receivables by constantly coordinating with the Clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with Marketing background.
Technical know-how for the Sales and Rental scheme of Formworks and Scaffolding is an advantage.- Knowledgeable in different kind of Formworks and Scaffolding types, configurations and brands is also an advantage.
With customer orientation, negotiation, and excellent communication skills.
