Identify and maintain new contacts and networks relevant to business development and project identification. Actively prospect and develop long-term customer relationships.
Prepares presentations and presents at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences. This includes responding to business client request for proposal.
Constantly communicates with the client to follow-up the status of the approval of the job order.
Coordinates with Design and Engineering team for the design consideration of the proposed project.
Acquire revenues from outside clients for the Sales and Rental of JPSAI Formworks, and Scaffolding.
Maintains up-to-date awareness of the industry's trends and competition.
Provides assistance to the Billing and Collection in collecting receivables by constantly coordinating with the Clients.
