The role is in charge of sourcing and negotiation with prospective lessors for Dolmar's commercial properties
Responsibilities
Ensures that all commercial building are leased-out
- Look for potential tenants either directly or through brokers and endorse to Commercial Operation Manager for review.
- Grow the broker network offering DPVI Commercial Portfolio and facilitate broker accreditation and or exclusivity agreements
- Maintain database of all brokers engaged, commercial inquiries, and closed deals.
Research and Development
- Conduct regular market scan to keep DPVI updated on prevailing market conditions
- Identify possible expansion opportunities for Commercial
Operations
- Update Dolmar lease rates, CAM, and parking (Quarterly/Semester) based on prevailing market conditions
- Contact person for leasing operations and to be indicated on the contract of lease
- Coordination with legal and finance for the due diligence and preparation of contract of lease (both new and renewal)
- Negotiate with existing and potential tenants for the lease rates, CAM, parking fees.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree, graduate of any business-related course
